The project has provided recommendations on legislative/structural framework for RUE in building projects, e.g. with regard to:

• Ownership structures in the building sector

• Possibilities for developing local industries

• Integration of the results of the project analysis into relevant planning framework as well as commercial or public/private initiatives.
